What worked for the play was that it was a performance-laden with dance, peppy music, and plenty of humour and audience interaction. It also helped that the cast didn’t stick to a set script, but improvised according to the interaction with the audience.
The performance had the children loudly cheering and vying with each other to be called on stage.
Colourful props strewn all over the floor and actors meticulously expressing their parts — jumping, dancing, skating and what not!
It is an international theatre festival for young audiences organised by The Little Theatre every year in Chennai in South India.
