The English Department of Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai organised a leadership programme – ‘Sculpting Skippers’ on 7 October,2019 for grade VIII students. This programme introduced the students to the attributes and qualities of a good leader. Budding leaders from grade XII, XI, X, IX and VIII addressed the students, inspiring them with their fiery speeches. The students learnt that a good leader does not merely lead his/her team to success but also takes the responsibility of their failures. It was an enriching programme much appreciated by all.
