CPS-ANNANAGAR-“NATKAT LALA”

The #preprimary wing of #ChennaiPublicSchool celebrated ‘Natkat Lala’ remembering the birth of Krishna, the 8th reincarnation of Vishnu.
These tiny tots dressed up like little Krishnas and Radhas, playing and dancing with their flutes and feathers transmogrified the classrooms into mini Gokula and intensified the spirit of festivity.
CPS wishes everyone Happy Krishna Jayanthi.

CPS Thirumazhisai – My Nation, My Pride

“Clothes make a statement, Costumes tell a story” – Mason Cooley

As we celebrate 75 years of Independence, the preprimary wing of #Chennaipublicschool , Thirumazhisai hosted “My Nation My Pride” recently. Children not only dressed up like our national leaders, scientists, or sports persons but also incorporated their patriotism and zeal in their oration. The event energized and educated the kids on the value and pride of our nation by putting them in the shoes of great leaders and achievers of India.

CPS ANNANAGAR-“CAMARADERIE”

“I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light.” – Helen Keller

Kiddos of #ChennaiPublicSchool Anna Nagar made an active participation in ‘Camaraderie’, an event organised by the Pre-primary to accentuate the value of friendship in the young minds, for the development of Friendship skills which include sharing, taking turns, co-operating, listening and sorting out disagreements. Children enjoyed making #FriendshipBands using straws, ribbons, decorative stones and tied them in the wrist of their best friend. On the whole “CAMARADERIE” was yet another memorable event in the minds of our tiny tots.
