CPS Thirumazhisai – An Insight for Better Future

Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai hosted a career orientation session with representatives from several Indian and Foreign Universities addressing Class XI and XII students recently.

Dr. Liju from Alliance University detailed on future careers and the benefits of Liberal Arts. Mr. Sudeep Dixit from Ajeenkya University spoke about ‘Hyflex Learning’, a combination of both human labour and the latest technology for the future. Mr. Anand from ICFAI, Hyderabad emphasized on the need to have consistency in one’s efforts to achieve the set goals.

The highly informative session on international education and the exposure to the pattern of studies abroad enlightened the CPSites on future career options, opening wide the gates of opportunities for the future succeeders!

With the focus to promote the Sustainable Development Goal No.15, ‘Life on Land’ alongside the motto to save tigers, Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai held the event ‘Animal World’ recently.

The pre-primary kids in animal costumes and masks emulated the life of animals. Activities and games with fun and laughter revamped the campus into an animal world indeed.

Christmas celebration “Christmas is not just a day. It is a frame of mind” – Valentine Davies

Pre-primary and primary students of Chennai Public school, Thirumazhisai celebrated ‘My Secret Santa’, a grand Christmas celebration on campus. Christmas themes like cakes, gifts, Santas, stars, and Christmas trees defined the decorations in every classroom. Students were exhilarated to learn their subjects in different Christmas themes. The high point of the day was nativity play, carols and jingle dances. It was the perfect time to celebrate ‘Secret Santa’ that creates everlasting memories. Students enjoyed and greeted each other with their Christmas and New year wishes.

CPS Group of Institutions applauds our U-19 Girls Basketball team of Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai, for shining as Second Runner-up in the CBSE Cluster VI U-19 Basketball Tournament competing with over 104 school teams participated from across Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Andaman & Nicobar. Knocking out teams, gaining more goals, our girls made this tremendous achievement.

CPS-ANNANAGAR-Robust Reigns

Grade 2 students of Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar focused on “The Power in You” in their Special Assembly ‘Robust Reigns’ held recently.

Our little superstars rocked the stage with breathtaking performances of music, dance, yoga and skit giving a visual treat to the audience along with the message that real power lies in family bonding, friendship, love and compassion. With radiant smiles and voice modulation, our comperes maintained the momentum of the event throughout.
