Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai celebrated its 9^th Annual Day titled Spectra’19 with vibrancy and life being propelled into magnificent and reverberating celebrations on 17 July 2019. The Guests of the day Dr. S Geethalakshmi, Former Vice Chancellor, TN Dr. MGR Medical University, Dr. P Vasanthamani, Dean, Govt. Kilpauk Medical College & Hospital and Dr. P Sai Kumar, Dean, Sree Balaji Medical College & Hospital, hailed the school as an Icon of Best Education. Mr. Balaji Dagupati, Correspondent, CPS Schools Group, in his presidential speech outlined the continuous transition in the education field and how CPS Schools Group is reforming itself according to the changing scenario to bring in a holistic development in every child.  The students who achieved their academic excellence were applauded and appreciated with the citations. Also the teachers who had endeavored to guide them were also honoured. Scintillating dances, sonorous songs, skits and mime on the theme “Sustainable Development” were staged by the exuberant young performers of the school.
