“How lovely is the silence of growing things.”

In order to create an awareness about the environment and to create curiosity and wonder about the growth of plants and animals an activity Sprout and Rise/Life springs for Grade 1 & 2 students was conducted at CPS, Annanagar. The students enjoyed depicting the life cycle of a butterfly using various materials and identified the different stages in the growth of plants by making a posture with pictures. They also learnt about the importance of nurturing the environment by protecting plant and wild life.

On this day, students of CPS-Annanagar showcased their learning in the Astronomy Club to their parents and their peers, undertaking the science popularization both indoor and outdoor expositions. Kudos to all the members of the club for such a wonderful presentation and the experiences of our cosmos.
